A few rules to ride by
Before riding, you must agree that you’ll wear a face mask as required by federal order, are symptom-free, and will follow CDC guidance related to COVID-19. If we get feedback that you’re not wearing a mask properly, you'll need to take a selfie with your mask on before riding with Lyft again.
Healthy ride guides
Stay protected on the road with rideshare health education based on the latest CDC guidance. Keep fresh air flowing with our Air Care Guide, and rest assured knowing that drivers know how to properly disinfect car surfaces to reduce the spread of COVID, based on the Clean Ride Guide.
Accountability’s a 2-way street
We proactively educate all riders and drivers on our Community Guidelines. Anyone who violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service may be permanently removed from the platform.
Everyone deserves a shot
